King Randall's Party

So for the last month or so I have been working with indie game dev's Gorilla Tactics to produce a 2D side-scrolling fortress defense game  It's called King Randall's Party and it just went live on Indie DB:

Get your sparkle on!

I have two daughters. Everything they own is pink, sparkly and very, very girly. That's the only way I can explain this:

I did the quick sketch on the left and then took it to a more finished level before making the image above.

A taste of things to come...

Who needs progress shots when I can just skip over that mess completely and show where I am currently sitting.

Almost finished with the model. Unwrapping this is going to be my own personal little torture session.

The Sorceress

So somehow I managed to skip completely over the month of November for my monthly blog post. However I did start a project then and here is a sneak peak of what it will be:

I'm about halfway through the modeling phase already and should have some progress shots to show very soon. As you can see int he model sheet I made some adjustments to some of her anatomy in order hopes of giving her a more animated look in the end.

GAMES!!!

The studio I work for Wahoo Studios has released a few games we have been working on lately and recently released on Xbox Live. 

First off, here's our big one. This "game" is part of Intel's fall marketing campaign. It's an interactive FMV experience for the Kinect, kind of like the old school Sega CD games. And it has Chris Evans, Redfoo from LMFAO and Chanel Iman from Victoria' Secret. Pretty awesome right? 

Next up is our candyland themed DLC for A World Of Keflings: Sugar, Spice and Not So Nice! I made a lot of content for this game. I even worked on the trailer.

And more DLC for A World of Keflings: The Curse Of The Zombiesaurus. I didn't work on this one as much as the above game, but what I did do was still fun. I also made the Graveyard image in the end of the trailer.

Roller Tank

So I had an idea for a completely impractical vehicle that kind of ended up looking like a tank on roller skates. Didn't come out quite how I wanted but I was committed to finishing it. I might draw up a few more of these while they are still fresh in my mind. Note: I think this may be the only vehicle illustration I have ever publicly posted.
